Fluff Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Fluff is a place to slow down, so we’ve tried to keep this policy as calm and clear as the app itself. It explains what information Fluff uses, why, who helps us look after it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect very little. We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads, we don’t use analytics or tracking tools, and we don’t ask about your health.

Who we are

Fluff is published by Blank Page Digital Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17292806), with its registered office at Office 10033, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. Blank Page Digital Ltd is the “controller” of your personal data for Fluff, and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZC258602).

If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at hello@blankpagedigital.app. A real person will read it.

What we collect, and why

Your account

When you create a Fluff account, you sign in with Apple or Google. We don’t ask for or store a password.

Your subscription

Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handle the payment. We never see or store your card or bank details.

When you contact us

Technical information

Like any app that connects to the internet, Fluff’s requests reach our service providers’ servers, which briefly process technical information such as your IP address, device type and operating system version, and app version.

What stays on your device

Some things never leave your phone:

You can remove downloads in the app, turn off reminders at any time in Fluff or your phone’s settings, and remove everything stored on your device by deleting the app.

What we don’t do

Who helps us run Fluff

We use a small number of trusted service providers. They act on our instructions (“processors”) and may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Provider What they do for Fluff Data involved
Supabase Account sign-in and our database (hosted in Ireland, EU) Account ID, email, sign-in method, name if shared by Apple, subscription status
RevenueCat Checks and manages subscription status across Apple and Google Account ID, purchase and subscription records, device and app information
Cloudflare (R2 storage) Stores and delivers meditation audio Technical information such as IP address, needed to deliver files. No account information
Apple (iCloud Mail) Our email inbox for hello@blankpagedigital.app Emails you send us

Apple and Google also play a part. When you sign in with Apple or Google, or buy a subscription through their stores, they handle that under their own privacy policies as independent controllers:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or with a buyer if our business or Fluff is ever sold (in which case this policy would continue to protect your data).

International transfers

Some of our providers are based in, or use servers in, countries outside the UK, including the United States. When your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it’s protected to UK standards, for example by relying on UK “adequacy” regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or by using the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can email us for more detail about these safeguards.

How long we keep your data

We may keep a minimal record for longer if the law requires it or if it’s needed to deal with a legal claim.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email hello@blankpagedigital.app. It’s free, and we’ll respond within one month. We may need to confirm it’s really you, usually by asking you to write from the email address linked to your account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). See our Account Deletion page for details.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO):

Children

Fluff is intended for people aged 13 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please email us and we’ll delete it.

Keeping your data safe

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that mean each account can only read its own data, and we keep the data we hold to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in the app before they take effect.
