Delete your Fluff account

You can delete your Fluff account whenever you like. Here’s how, and what happens next.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open Fluff and make sure you’re signed in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you’ll be signed out.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can’t get into the app, or you’d rather we did it for you, email hello@blankpagedigital.app with the subject “Delete my Fluff account”.

Please send it from the email address linked to your Fluff account, so we can confirm it’s really you. If you signed in with Apple using “Hide My Email”, tell us the private relay address shown on your Profile screen, or send from an address that forwards through it.

We’ll confirm by email once your account has been deleted, normally within a few days and always within one month.

Before you go: cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so please cancel in your store settings to stop future payments:

• iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fluff → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fluff → Cancel subscription

Refunds for past payments are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• your account and sign-in details (account ID, email address, sign-in method, and your name if Apple shared it);
• your Fluff profile;
• the subscription status we store for your account, and the customer record linked to your account at RevenueCat, the service we use to check subscriptions.

In-app deletion happens straight away and is permanent: your account can’t be restored afterwards. Email requests are completed within one month. Any copies in our database provider’s routine backups are removed automatically within 7 days as those backups roll over.

What stays, and why

• On your phone: deleting your account in the app also clears your downloaded meditations and settings from that device (we keep only your light or dark display choice). If you delete by email, delete the Fluff app to remove them.
• With Apple or Google: your purchase history and receipts are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies, as they handle the payments. If you’d like to stop Fluff using your Apple or Google sign-in, you can also remove it from your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
• Emails you’ve sent us: we delete these once your request is sorted, normally within 3 months. Just ask in your deletion email if you’d like them deleted straight away.
• Legal records: we may keep a minimal record (for example, that we received and completed your deletion request) where the law requires it.
