Welcome to Zora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Blank Page Digital Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for your use of the Zora mobile application on iOS and Android, and related web pages we provide for support, legal policies, and account deletion.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zora (the “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
Zora helps you track readiness, recovery, sleep, strain, stress, water, weight, and nutrition, and supports fasting plans and related wellness logging. Zora is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared or approved (or equivalent in other countries), and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment. Content in the App—including metrics, trends, and automated text—is for personal, informational, and general wellness purposes only.
Using Zora, including submitting health-related data or reading automated feedback, does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–patient, or other professional healthcare relationship with the Company. App content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Do not rely on the App instead of advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Consult a professional before starting or changing:
Fasting, weight tracking, and restrictive nutrition logging can be risky for some people. Do not use these features if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes, have or had an eating disorder, take medications that affect diet or metabolism, or have cardiovascular or metabolic conditions, except under direct medical supervision.
Never ignore professional medical advice because of something in the App. If you have pain, severe fatigue, dizziness, or a possible emergency, contact local emergency services (e.g. 999 in the UK, 911 in the US) or a healthcare professional immediately.
The App uses software to generate readiness, sleep, strain, stress, and recovery explanations shown as “coach” insights. This is automated, computer-generated content only—not human clinical review, not advice from wellness or medical professionals, and not a basis for medical decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into these Terms. We may ask for your date of birth during setup to personalize calculations; providing it does not waive the age requirement. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are under 18.
In the standard App available through the App Store and Google Play, you must sign in before onboarding or core features. Zora does not offer email-and-password registration.
Your account is tied to that provider identity. Depending on your Apple or Google settings (including Hide My Email), we may not receive your real email address. You are responsible for securing your Apple ID or Google account and for activity under your Zora account.
Each install uses a random installation identifier stored on your device for technical operations (not your phone’s hardware serial number). In normal use, your cloud account is your sign-in identity with Apple or Google. If you had local or pre-sync data on the same install, we may once merge it into your signed-in account using a secure migration process when you first sign in.
You may sign out in Settings. Sign-out ends your session on the device and returns you to the sign-in screen. It does not delete your cloud data and does not cancel Zora Pro billing. To stop charges, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Pre-release or developer builds without cloud sync may allow use without sign-in; data and recovery may differ from the consumer App.
After you sign in and complete onboarding, you receive a Complimentary Access Period of full App features without payment.
The period lasts five (5) days, measured as 120 consecutive hours from the moment onboarding completes, using your device’s local clock. It is not based on calendar midnights alone. The App may show days remaining rounded up for display.
You do not need a payment method or store subscription to use this period. It is not an App Store or Google Play introductory subscription trial and does not appear in your store subscription list.
When the period ends, access to tracking, logging, and insights is blocked until you subscribe to Zora Pro or restore a valid purchase. The App is not read-only while blocked—you cannot browse history or enter new data until access is restored.
If you do not subscribe, you are not charged. Your data may remain stored on your device and our servers as described in the Privacy Policy and becomes available again if you subscribe or restore purchases.
Zora Pro unlocks the App after the Complimentary Access Period. Plans (e.g. monthly or annual) and the price in your currency are shown on the purchase screen at checkout (for example, approximately US$9.99 per month; the store screen controls the actual price).
Zora Pro auto-renews each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged the then-current price plus applicable taxes. Price changes may apply on renewal as allowed by the store; cancel if you do not agree.
Purchases are processed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We use RevenueCat to validate subscription status in the App. We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Store terms and privacy policies apply to payment.
Cancel or turn off auto-renewal in Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your Zora account does not cancel billing. Refunds are handled only by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.
On a new device or reinstall, use Restore purchases in the App (Settings or paywall). Subscription status is linked to your store account and sign-in identity. Family Sharing and promotional offers follow platform rules.
Zora may use third-party AI services (including Google Gemini) to:
In production, requests are sent through our servers so API keys stay secure. Model names and providers may change over time.
AI output is estimated and probabilistic. It can be wrong (e.g. misread photos, incomplete food data, or language errors). It is not clinically precise.
Review and edit important logs. Do not change medications, medical treatment, or extreme diet or exercise based only on AI output. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content, which is provided as-is for wellness tracking only. See the Privacy Policy for how AI-related data is handled.
You may submit logs, photos, measurements, and other wellness data (“User Content”). You keep ownership of User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and analyze User Content only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The App, branding, software, designs, and materials (except User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
With your permission, Zora may read data from Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) and, where you enable it, write certain data (such as nutrition totals) back to those platforms. Those services are controlled by Apple or Google under their terms and permissions. We do not control their accuracy, availability, or security.
The App also relies on services such as RevenueCat (subscriptions), Edamam and USDA FoodData Central (nutrition lookup), Open Food Facts (barcode/product lookup), Google (AI), Railway (hosting), and app store platforms. Features depending on them may be limited if those services are unavailable.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or create legal or security risk, subject to applicable law.
Signed-in users may delete their account in Settings → Delete account, after verifying identity with the same provider used to sign up (Apple on iOS, Google on Android).
An Apple account generally cannot be deleted from the Android App. A Google account generally cannot be deleted from the iOS App. Use the web deletion option below if you are on the wrong platform.
You may request deletion without the App at:
https://zora-izi.github.io/Zora-Documents/delete-account
Verification may require signing in on the web or contacting hello@blankpagedigital.app from the email associated with your account. We will process verified requests as described in our Privacy Policy.
Verified deletion removes your active account data from our production systems, including profile, nutrition, weight, water, fasting, daily feel, and related usage records. On your device, most local app data is cleared; generic display preferences and a non-personal installation identifier may remain so a future install can function. Deleting your account does not cancel Zora Pro—cancel in the store.
Deletion from live systems may not immediately remove encrypted backups or disaster-recovery copies. Those are purged on our backup retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS IN METRICS OR AI OUTPUT; SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA LOSS; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL; THIRD-PARTY SERVICES; OR INJURY OR HEALTH HARM LINKED TO FASTING, DIET, EXERCISE, OR OTHER USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR ZORA PRO IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW WHERE A CAP CANNOT BE LOWER.
NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAW (INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS IN THE UK, EEA, AND OTHER JURISDICTIONS).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or User Content that infringes others’ rights, except where prohibited by law.
You represent that you are not in a country or on a list subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes and are not a prohibited party under those laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Disputes shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in the UK or EEA and mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Changes. We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and post the new version at https://zora-izi.github.io/Zora-Documents/terms-and-conditions. Material changes may be notified in the App before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, where permitted by law.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the App.
Severability. If one provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
Assignment. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
