Delete your Zora account

Blank Page Digital Ltd operates Zora on iOS and Android.

You can permanently delete your Zora account and the personal data we hold on our servers. Deletion cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the App (recommended)

Open Zora and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm, then verify your identity:
- iOS: Sign in with Apple
- Android: Sign in with Google

This deletes your cloud account data and clears most local data on that device.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the App (for example, you are on the wrong platform for your sign-in provider), email us:

Send from the email address linked to your Apple or Google account, or include enough detail for us to verify your identity. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time.

What deletion removes

From our production systems:

Account profile and sign-in identity
Synced nutrition, weight, water, fasting, and daily feel logs
Related usage records tied to your account

On your device, most local app data is cleared. Basic display preferences and a non-personal installation identifier may remain.

What deletion does not do

Cancel Zora Pro — cancel your subscription in Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions.
Remove data instantly from all backups — encrypted backups may be retained for up to 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cross-platform note

An Apple account generally cannot be deleted from the Android App.
A Google account generally cannot be deleted from the iOS App.

Use the email option above if you are on the wrong platform.
